What is Solvent Extraction?
Solvent extraction is the most efficient industrial method for recovering oil from oilseeds and cakes. Unlike mechanical pressing, which leaves significant residual oil, solvent extraction can reduce residual oil to below 1%, ensuring optimum recovery and lower operating costs.
Preparation of oilseeds into flakes, pellets or cake.
